Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Acuity, including this website, your account, and the loader and software you download ("the Software"). By creating an account or purchasing a license you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase or use Acuity. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live.

2. Licenses

• A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for the term you bought (weekly or lifetime) on the hardware bound to your license.
• Licenses are bound to a hardware identifier (HWID). Resale, sharing, sublicensing, or redistribution of your license or the Software is prohibited and voids the license.
• We may revoke a license without refund for breach of these Terms, chargeback fraud, or attempts to crack, leak, or reverse the licensing or anti-tamper systems.

3. Assumption of risk

Acuity interacts with third-party games whose terms may prohibit it. Using the Software may result in suspension or banning of your game accounts by the game's publisher. You assume all such risk. We do not guarantee undetectability and are not liable for any action a game publisher takes against your accounts.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Acuity to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Do not attempt to circumvent license enforcement, tamper with the loader, or access accounts that are not yours.
• Do not use the service to commit fraud or any illegal act.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Prices are shown at checkout; recurring tiers renew until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

6. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of game accounts.

8. Termination

You may stop using Acuity at any time and delete your account from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
