Acuity is digital software delivered immediately on purchase. This
policy explains when refunds are and are not available.
Eligibility
- Because the product is delivered instantly and is hardware-bound, we
generally do not offer refunds once a license has been
activated or the loader has been downloaded.
- If you were charged in error, charged twice, or the product is
non-functional on a supported configuration and we cannot resolve it,
contact us promptly and we will review a refund.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Not eligible
- Action taken against your game account by a game publisher (see the
assumption-of-risk section of our Terms).
- Change of mind after the license is activated or the loader is
downloaded.
- Inability to run the software due to unsupported hardware or
unsupported game versions listed on the status
page.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — we can
usually resolve issues faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks will
result in license revocation without refund.
